Licence terms
Written to be read once, in about four minutes, without a lawyer. Where something is genuinely ambiguous we say so.
1. What you get
A perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, modify, and adapt the files in the product you purchased, for your own business and its clients. Updates are included for twelve months from purchase; after that, the version you received stays yours to use forever.
2. What you may not do
- Resell or redistribute the files, whether modified or unchanged, as a competing product, template pack, or download.
- Include them in a course, membership, or paid community that you sell access to.
- Claim authorship of the underlying methodology or structure.
Using the files in work you deliver to your own clients is explicitly permitted and is the intended use. That permission covers your final work product, not the source files themselves.
3. Refunds
Defect-only. Once you download the files, the purchase is final. If a product does not work as described because of a defect on our side, we will fix it or refund it — but a download followed by "changed my mind" is not a refund event. For custom and agent-built products, the same rule applies: you pay for the build, you keep the output.
4. Third-party platforms
Some products work with or alongside Notion, Stripe, Slack, Google Workspace, or n8n. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their own terms and pricing apply to your accounts. If a third party changes its API or file format, an update under clause 1 may not always be possible — we will tell you plainly when that affects a product.
5. No warranty on business outcomes
These are templates and operating systems, not financial, legal, or tax advice. They are designed to save you setup time. Whether they make your business more profitable depends on decisions we do not control. Check anything policy- or tax-bearing with a qualified professional before relying on it.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
7. Changes to these terms
Terms in force at the moment of purchase govern that purchase forever. We will not retroactively apply new terms to an order you already placed.
